How long will it take?

This will depend on various factors which include

The type of accident suffered – road traffic, accident at work or slip/trip etc.

The type of injuries you have suffered – where the injuries are more serious – the compensation may need to be calculated on future projections

But typical examples –

Road traffic accident with relatively minor whiplash should take between 6-9 months

Slip/trip accident with relatively moderate injuries should take 9-12 months
